Terms and Conditions

2. The applicable fee needs to be deposited in the Bank A/c Details mentioned below:

3. An official communication confirming the Exhibition Plan being opted and the Payment Confirmation has to be done on partner@sh024.global.temp.domains with the subject citing ‘Exhibition Confirmation’
4. A confirmation / acknowledgement would be sent to you, once we receive the payment.
5. The requisite design as mentioned in the ‘Exhibition Plan’ needs to needs to be sent within 03 working days of the final confirmation, in order to avoid last minute rush.
6. In case the summit or all the other activities related to the summit could not be organized because of situations beyond control of the organizing committee, the fee will be refunded within next 60-90 days*. Our liability is only limited to the refund of the fee, in case of cancellation.
7. *Terms & Conditions applicable as per the policies laid down by the organizing committee
8. The decision of the organizing committee will be final and non-abdicable in all the matters pertaining to the event.

Cancellation Policy

If the Exhibitor wishes to cancel the Exhibition Plan opted, then the Refund will be as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the ‘Agreement’ between School of Healing and the Exhibiting Organization. The cancellation has to be communicated officially by the authorized representative only.

Payment Terms

a) 50% Payment has to be paid at the time of confirming the Exhibition Category
b) Full Payment has to be settled by or before 30th April 2020
c) e-Invoice / e-Receipt for the same will be sent within 10 working days, post the event
