Where do I book my stay?

The Summit will take place in Chandigarh on the May 8-9, 2020. The Keynote speakers, Plenary Speakers and Speakers will be provided with complementary Travel and Stay facility at Master Farms, Zirakpur (website link). You will also have an opportunity to upgrade, for which you can contact our National Coordinator.

Can I bring a guest (or two)?

Good news! As a speaker, you are entitled to a Complimentary Guest Pass and can bring a colleague or a friend along with you, conditional that the Boarding and Lodging of the Guest will be borne by him / her. We will be delighted to offer free entry, tea and meals. The accommodation being provided to the Speaker can be shared with the Guest, if wished to or can take up a separate paid accommodation, subject to the availability of the room. Can I become an Online Speaker ?

If you are unable to make it to the Summit in person, but wish to contribute to the purpose, you can, by becoming an Online Speaker. For that, first you need to submit your abstract at info@sh024.global.temp.domains. Post your selection as speaker, we will communicate with you further to have your live streaming or recording being shown at the Summit.
