Terms and Conditions

2. The applicable fee needs to be deposited in the Bank A/c Details mentioned below:

3. An official communication confirming the Sponsorship Package being opted and the Payment Confirmation has to be done on partner@sh024.global.temp.domains with the subject citing ‘Sponsorship Confirmation’
4. A final confirmation / acknowledgement would be sent to you, once we receive the payment confirmation.
5. The requisite information viz., the Logo (high resolution), Contact Details and a Brief from your end needs to be sent within 03 working days of the final confirmation of the Sponsorship, in order to avoid last minute rush.
6. In case the summit or all the other activities related to the summit could not be organized because of situations beyond control of the organizing committee, the fee will be refunded within next 60-90 days*. Our liability is only limited to the refund of the fee, in case of cancellation.

8. The decision of the organizing committee will be final and non-abdicable in all the matters pertaining to the event.
Cancellation Policy
If the Sponsor / Partner wishes to cancel the Sponsorship / Partnership opted, then the Refund of the Sponsorships will be as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the ‘Agreement’ between School of Healing and the Sponsoring Organization. The cancellation has to be communicated officially by the authorized representative only.
Payment terms
a) 50% Payment has to be paid at the time of confirming the Sponsorship
b) Full Payment has to be settled by or before 30th April 2020
c) e-Invoice / e-Receipt for the same will be sent within 10 working days, post the event
